How to apply for the Elite 4

To apply for the Elite 4, you must first apply as a gym leader.
Gym Leaders can then apply to join the Elite 4.

Requirements:
Must use only 4 pokemon.
Pokemon must be of that type; Ice, Fighting, Ghost, Dragon.
All pokemon must be at least level 60.

Hey its solidxsnakex, my current party is Hitmonlee 60 / Hitmonchan 60 / Machamp 60 / Primeape 38. Primeape will be 60 by the 25/6/2013.

I believe i should hold this Elite 4 space as i have a greater knowledge of pokemon, starting at pokemon blue and onwards. I am aware of the type chart, a stronge and effective moveset as well as being a tough opponent.
