I can't join and i need help i keep getting internal server error but I keep uninstalling mod and stuff but it won't work

I have no problems with this server except for two things. Every time I ask a gym leader if their gym is open or if I can challenge them when I know the gym is open, I get ignored and I'm not the only one who is ignored. They could just quite simply say they are busy or that it isn't open and I would have no problems with it, but if they ignore every challenger then how are we supposed to get the badges and progress to the league? Its a little impossible don't you think?
The other thing that I have a complaint about is when I challenged the psychic gym against feeniks, and he accepted it and we were getting ready to battle, my internet cut out and I reconnected as fast as I could, and then he refused to battle me so he could go looking for something and when I told him that he still had yet to battle me, he denied the whole thing even though 15 other people saw him accept my battle request.
